Hi Zapier Community,
I'm trying to create a Zap that seamlessly integrates DocuSign with Pipedrive for my workflow, but I’m hitting some challenges. Here’s the process I want to automate:

Organisation Document Upload in Pipedrive: In Pipedrive, I typically navigate to an organisation’s profile, go to the “Document” tab, and upload a document.

Creating a DocuSign Request: From that document, I create a DocuSign request, sending it to the organisation for a signature.

Activity Creation Upon Signature: Once the document is signed and returned, I want Zapier to automatically:
- Create an activity in Pipedrive to record the signed document.
- Link the new activity to the relevant organisation in Pipedrive without requiring a static organisation ID or creating a new organisation. The goal is for this to work dynamically across any organisation profile, based on the signed document’s origin. (DocuSign documents are always created within PipeDrive from within the organization it belongs to)
Key Requirements:
- The activity must dynamically link to the specific organisation in Pipedrive where the document was uploaded, without needing to hardcode an organisation ID or manually select one.
- I cannot use the “Create Organisation” option, as each organisation in my system must be manually registered and approved.
Is there a way to achieve this automation with Zapier? Any guidance or alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated!
