Question

Uploading attachments to a Jotform submission to Google Drive

I’ve set up a Zap as follows:
1. Trigger - new submission in Jotform
2. Create spreadsheet row in Google Sheet [one of the columns in the google sheet contains the hyperlink to the attachment to the jotform submission, which will typically be either a word or pdf file].

I now want to automate the uploading of the attachment to the jotform submission to my Google Drive. I’ve tried to do it both directly from the Jotform and from the Google Sheet, but neither have worked.

Any suggestions welcome! I’m happy to use a workaround through Zapier if it can’t be done in a single step.

Hi @rscott

You can use the Looping app to handle 1+ files: https://zapier.com/apps/looping/help

Make sure to adjust the Jotform settings to NOT require log-in to view uploaded files.
