We are a spa and take appointment bookings using Acuity Scheduling. The forms feature in Acuity is not great so we would like to create a form using Jotform. Now the challenge is how to connect the appointment in Acuity and the form content in Jotform.
I am trying to build a process where:
- TRIGGER: New Jotform submission
- ACTION: Find client profile in Acuity by matching the email address that is common in both applications
- ACTION: If email matches, add the details captured in Jotform into Acuity. I’m open to ideas on where the data goes. The staff would love the PDF to be attached to the latest appointment, but anything that could work would be great.
Right now everything I try fails. Should something like this be possible?
