Upload DocuSign to Google Drive Folder - Access Denied

I have a Zap that is designed to upload a completed DocuSign to a Google drive folder.  The account I’m using for that portion is the owner of the drive/folder, yet I’m getting “Access Denied”.  This Zap worked an hour ago, but now will not.

I’ve tested my GDrive app authentication in Zapier via connections and that is successful, yet this Zap won’t work.

Any ideas as to why?

Hi @Troy Tessalone,

As mentioned in my description, I did test the GDrive app connection and it was successful.  There is nothing I can find in the help articles about this.  Do you have any other ideas as to what the problem might be?  The account being used is the GDrive owner.

Hey @AndreaW were you able to get this resolved? I saw you created a ticket with our support team about this issue and when they checked into your Zap History, things appeared to be working. If that’s true, we’d love to hear what you did to get things up and running to help others who might be running into the same issue!
