We are using our Chatbot for business needs. However, the analytics section for the chatbot only tells limited information. We want to track metrics and are thinking of upgrading to “PRO Interfaces” which says “Add custom branding, analytics, and a user portal to up to 5 interfaces.”.
We want to be able to track the thumbs up vs thumbs down ratio, and a few other metrics. Without having to export the file and upload it somewhere. Would this be possible if we upgrade to pro interfaces? How does that work?
