Updating Sales Navigator account lists based on HubSpot client status

Hi there!

 

My first post on the community. 

 

I am trying to find away to update Sales Navigator account lists based on when a company becomes a client in HubSpot, or when a company enters our pipeline. Is this possible - has anyone does this before?

 

I want to so this so that when I run a lead search by job title, I can filter out our existing clients and those we’re already speaking to. I can do an initial CSV upload, but companies come in and out of the pipeline all the time so I’m trying to find a way to solve for this.

It depends on how you mark a Hubspot contact as a customer. But whatever method you use, contact properties, lead cycles, deal stages, etc., that would be the trigger of your zap. 
 

Different trigger events will include different data so if what you need isn’t included, you may need additional lookup steps after the trigger. 
 

Once you have it all, then you can finally update your Sales Navigator.
