Updating Password - Trying to often error

Hi, @steph.n, I’m having the same issue. Trying to change the password on the account I haven’t accessed in months. Getting the “Trying too often” error.

    Hi @dthompson I hope you don’t mind that I moved your post to a new topic! It’s a little different from the others as they were seeing the ‘trying too often’ error when trying to change the email on their account, rather than changing the password. 

     

    There is a known issue with receiving this message when trying to changing the email address on an account, but we’ve not seen that when folks try to change their password. Please let me know if you’re still running into this when trying to update your password and we can take a closer look.
