Update User in Google Workspace Admin - cannot update the manager field

I am using the action “Update User in Google Workspace Admin”

 

The field for Manager does not seem available when doing an update action.

However upon doing a create action, the manager is available.

 

Can you pleaes advise how I can make the Manager field available when updating a user.

Good question.

You may have to look into using the Google Workspace Admin API.

Try using this Zap action: Google Workspace Admin - App Extensions
