Thanks in advance

Hi @WEP

Check out these HubSpot articles:

https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Get-recently-deleted-contacts-companies/td-p/288316

https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Using-webhooks-how-can-I-get-the-email-address-of-a-contact-that/td-p/252910

HubSpot’s Zap app doesn’t appear to have a trigger for deleted contact: https://zapier.com/apps/hubspot/integrations#triggers-and-actions

The closest option to try would be: Contact Recently Created or Updated

Otherwise, you may have to use the HubSpot API: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/overview

App APIs can be used in Zap with the Webhooks action step: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Mailchimp has this available action: Unsubscribe Email

Just wanted to follow up here to add that while there isn’t currently a trigger for the HubSpot integration that would allow a Zap to trigger when a contact is deleted, we do have an existing feature request for one to be added.

I’ve added @WEP’s vote for that feature request. We don’t have a timeline on when that trigger would be added to the HubSpot integration but we will be in touch by email as soon as it is!
