Unexpected end of JSON input

I am trying to configure a Zap like this:
Trigger
1. New Lead in Facebook Lead Ads

Action
2. Create or update offer in Bigin by Zoho CRM

After configuring and doing the test it tells me this:
The deal could not be sent to Bigin by Zoho CRM.
Unexpected end of JSON input

That could be happening?

Please provide screenshots of how your Zoho Bigin step is configured along with the returned error.

If so, please share a screenshot/code-dump of your JSON, so we can take a look. For future, too - I use this tool loads when working with json https://jsonlint.com/

I’m also receiving the same error message “Unexpected end of JSON input” on the final test of a zap.  Would appreciate any advice!  

Step 1/Trigger - New Custom Object Record created in SalesForce
Step 2 - Delay on 1 Minute
Step 3 - Create/Update Contact in Heymarket SMS
Step 4 - Send Custom Message in Heymarket SMS

Have been having this issue for several weeks, working with Heymarket’s customer support.  They said it was because we didn’t have their updated package installed to our SF instance, which has been resolved, but the issue remains.  I’ve checked and verified our connections to both platforms and re-connected w/ correct API Keys.   I think its connected to our phone number field in SF , but I’m really not sure at this point.
