Understanding the permissions Zapier needs for ClickSend integration in MO365

Hello there,

 

we recently decided to use ClickSend in our organisation. On order to integrate ClickSend in Microsoft Office 365, we will need to use Zapier. My question is, why does Zapier need this much permissions for integration?

Can you please explain in more detail, why Zapier needs each of these permissions? 

To use Zapier I need first to convince my superior.
