Understanding individual vs company accounts in Monday.com

Hiya. New to Zapier.

I signed up and connected Monday.com through my work email address. Even though it is a company account where we have invited all our company employees.  Same with our Harvest account.

I have set up a Zap so that when an invoice is created in Harvest it updates a board in Monday.com with the details. Now if another employee who uses our Harvest account creates an invoice will it update. Now I know I could create but this would answer questions on other integrations.

Yes it did work. I believe your explanation is correct as it is based on the invoice in the account and not the individual.

Hey there, ​@LisaArmstrong 👋

Just came across this and wanted to check how you got on. Did the Zap successfully update the board in Monday.com when other employees create an invoice in Harvest?

There’s no documentation on this side to confirm it would, but I’d expect that if the Harvest account connected to the Zap has access to all invoices, it should trigger regardless of which employee creates them. Would really appreciate it if you could confirm whether that’s been the case in your experience. 🙏
