Just came across this and wanted to check how you got on. Did the Zap successfully update the board in Monday.com when other employees create an invoice in Harvest?
There’s no documentation on this side to confirm it would, but I’d expect that if the Harvest account connected to the Zap has access to all invoices, it should trigger regardless of which employee creates them. Would really appreciate it if you could confirm whether that’s been the case in your experience.

Yes it did work. I believe your explanation is correct as it is based on the invoice in the account and not the individual.
