Unable to pull chatbot button clicks: Zapier Chatbots (v1.0.0) has been deprecated and is no longer available. ​

Hi Zapier Community,

I’m having trouble with my Zapier Chatbot integration. Whenever I try to set up a "Chatbot Button Click" trigger, I get the error: "Unable to pull chatbot button clicks. Error code: Error while retrieving: Zapier Chatbots (1.0.0) has been deprecated and cannot be used anymore."

I’ve tried removing and reconnecting the Zapier Chatbots app, creating a new Zap, and verifying all connections, but nothing seems to work. My plan includes all necessary features. Has anyone else faced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Hi @aarrumi3, welcome to the Community! 😁 

Hmm, it sounds like the Zap selected an older version of the Zapier Chatbots Chatbot Button Click trigger for some reason.

Can you try upgrading it in the Zap by clicking on App & event then clicking on the Update button:
