I am trying to set up a Zap from a HotJar survey to Gmaio. I am trying to add HotJar triggers so that an email only gets sent if the user leaves their email in the survey. This is important as not many users leave an email, and i don’t want to get lots of emails with user comments where there is no email to respond to. However, I can't find any of the fields in the search. Any suggestions?
Note, I don’t think is a problem with HotJar. I also get this issue with trying to get data from JotForm too
