Unable to connect to Salesforce

We are building a zap - connecting gravity form to Zapier and then to Salesforce, the test connection and able to test with sample data as well. However whenever we try to switch on the zap/app it comes up with this error

 

“Error turning Zap on: The app returned "The API key provided does not have write permissions."

PS: I am using system admin user to connect to SF.

 

anyone had this issue ? any help is appreciated to resolve this issue.
