Hey @Siew Chin Khai

I wanted to post an update here. We’ve heard back from the Inistate team and they’ve fixed the issue.

The link has been updated to https://community.inistate.com/t/api-key-location-instructions/62 which will have instructions on generating the API key (same as the note from @jesse in this thread)

Hope that helps!

Hi @Siew Chin Khai

Good question.

Please reference this help article for Inistate: https://zapier.com/help/doc/how-to-get-started-with-inistate-on-zapier

Hey @Siew Chin Khai! It looks like this is a bug, so we’ve gone ahead and filed it for the Inistate team to review and correct. No ETA on when this will get sorted out but we’ll both email you directly and update this thread when it does. In the meantime, I recommend checking out the following steps from the article Troy posted to find your API key:

  1. Log into Inistate account
  2. Click “Account”.
  3. Choose “Integration”.
  4. Click to generate a new API key.
  5. Copy the generated API ket to your clipboard.
  6. Paste your token into your Inistate account and then Continue.
