I’m aiming to convert hashtags in a tweet into tumblr post hashtags ? Is there a Zapier filter that will do that?

Hi
The Twitter triggers include a separate field for the tags included on the tag and you can add tags to a Tumblr post using the Tumblr Create Text Post action, so you can add tags from Twitter as tags on Tumblr.
