  • Trying to set up a zap for Donorbox to create a sales receipt in Quickbooks and a sales receipts to create a record of donation received in Salesforce

When I try to set up the Find or create new record in Salesforce zap I get this error message:

Send Data 

  • An error occurred while searching for (or creating) a record.

    INVALID_QUERY_FILTER_OPERATOR: invalid ID field: 

 

 

Hey that error suggests you’re searching by the SFID and the value is incorrect.
