Trying to remove data from a Shopify tag list

Hey all!
 

I am trying to remove a piece of data from a list of Shopify tags. So far I have used formatted to create line items from the list which does this (exactly what I needed, or so I thought): 

 

 

So 1: 21-07-2020 is the data I need to use in a step further along. But when I try to pull it, I just get this: 

 

 

If anyone has any insight it would be HUGELY appreciated!

Try to use Zapier's formatter/utilities tool called line items to text.
