Trying to add Calendly appointment to Airtable

3 Step Zap


Step 1. Invitee created in calendly

Step 2. Find record in airtable (cross referencing email)

Step 3. Update record in airtable with appointment start time in the appointment time column on airtable..


First 2 steps done without errors, test and review step 3 and.. failure..


With this error

Can you show us a screenshot of how you have step 3 setup?

Hi @Jacob 

So, in the “Record” field, instead of mapping the ‘Email’ field, you need to map the ‘ID’ field from step 2.
