Troubles with LinkedIn Lead Gen Form

Hi!

I set up a zap where the trigger is LinkedIn Lead Gen Form. After new form submission in LinkedIn - it should create/update contact in ActiveCampaign and then transfer data to Google Sheets.

 

When I manually test this zap - it shows all the contacts who submitted form (in LinkedIn), but when I turn on zap and test it - nothing happened.

 

Could you help me to solve this issue?

Troubleshooting Tips

  1. Is the Zap turned ON?
  2. Did the Zap trigger, but result in an error? Check the Zapier Task History: https://zapier.com/app/history/
  3. Has a new lead been submitted since the Zap has been turned ON?
  4. Check the app connection here: https://zapier.com/app/connections
  5. Help article: https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-linkedin-lead-gen-forms-zapier

NOTE: Zaps only work for new data going forward while turned ON.
