Trouble sending new files uploaded to Google Drive as Gmail attachments

im new to zapier and having a hell of a hard time trying to perform this google drive to gmail zap..  

1. when a video file is uploaded to a specific folder on google drive then..

2. an email is sent from my gmail account to a specific email address with the following attributes:

subject: name of the file I uploaded to google drive

Body of the email: a google drive link to the file

attachment: a physical copy of the file

 

the attachment may not be possible but ive been trying for 4 hours and cant even get it to send the link.. Is this even possible? thanks for your help

Have you tried this community solutions for this issue:

You may need to use “File Sharing Preferences” action before to make the file available to be downloaded.
