Trouble connecting Razorpay to Zapier

I have tried multiple times, but I am not able to link my razorpay account with Zapier. The moment I connect, this error message displays

There could be a few reasons for this, but we won’t be able to help you here in the community.

You should contact Zapier support as they have access to accounts logs that should let them tell you exactly what’s up: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Common connection hiccup with Razorpay accounts. Since community folks can't peek at your logs, best to hit up Zapier support directly at zapier.com/app/get-help. They'll dig into the error specifics. Thanks for the quick note back!


This usually happens on the Razorpay side, not Zapier. I’ve seen it caused by API key permission issues, test vs live mode mismatches, or the Razorpay account not being fully verified yet.

Before waiting on support, double-check:
• You’re using Live API keys, not Test
• The Razorpay account is fully KYC-verified
• No IP or regional restrictions on the account

If all that checks out and it still fails, Zapier support is the right move since they can see the auth logs.
