Trouble connecting Google Sheets and Clickfunnel "Unable to parse range" error

Hello! We are connecting trying to have a row added to Google Sheet when triggered by ClickFunnel. When we try to test our Zap, we get an error:

We can’t find the error in the Google Sheet….could it be on ClickFunnel? 

This error also comes up when we try to test it:

Hey @LauraBaronMusic, welcome to the Community! :)

With that “Unable to parse range: ‘Contact List’!A:A” error, it usually indicates that the spreadsheet/worksheet was renamed since it was selected in the Zap and we’re having issues connecting to it. Can you try reselecting the spreadsheet and worksheet and see if you’re then able to add a test row to the Google Sheet?

As mentioned in that related topic Troy mentioned above, frozen/hidden/protected columns and rows can sometimes cause issues. So if you have any of those in the connected Google Sheet can you try removing them and then re-test to see if you’re then able to get rid of that error? 

With that “Problem removing Sample” error, it seems to be just a temporary error. I also ran into that error earlier and refreshed the page and that got rid of it. Can you give that a try and let us know if the error persists?
