I need a new pledge created in the Neon CRM system to trigger Zapier. The Zap then takes the donor name, email, and pledge amount and sends it to Docusign. The donor name, email, and pledge amount is populated in a Docusign template that is emailed to the donor.
Is there a way to trigger the Zap when a new pledge is created in Neon CRM? The other parts of the Zap appear to work.

Here are all the triggers for Neon CRM in Zapier- https://zapier.com/apps/neoncrm/integrations.
Neon CRM does support webhooks but i don’t think webhooks are supported for pledge data type.
There is a workaround by querying the API directly using Webhooks in Zapier. Here is the API documentation about it here- https://developer.neoncrm.com/api-v2. You have to call this particular endpoint- /donations/search as it searches for donations, pledges and pledge payments. You can use Schedule by Zapier as a trigger.
