Hoping someone can make a zap that takes photos/attachments saved in Trello and upload them to google photos.

Google Photo doesn’t have a Zapier connection. However, Google Drive does.
You can upload an attachment from Trello into a Google Drive folder. If the attachment is a picture I think Google backups that into Google Photo.
