Transforming file urls from Jotform into line items

Hello there😀

I’m working with two apps. Jotform as the trigger and a private integration as the action. I have all the data I need from Jotform but the file URL field is formatted incorrectly (see screenshot).

My private integration expects either a single URL or an actual list (I think Zapier calls these lists "line items").

I’ve tried using Formatter to spit out usable URLS. Any tips?

Hey there, @danielryan! I wanted to swing by and confirm that Troy’s suggestions are likely going to be the best way to accomplish this:

Try using Formatter > Utilities > Text to Line Items

or Formatter > Text > Split

I’ll also pop some resources below for Formatter in case it’s helpful to reference as you’re configuring your Zap:

Try using

Formatter > Utilities > Text to Line Items

or

Formatter > Text > Split
