For a project that I am working on, we currently have all of our data files stored in Smartsheet. We will be losing access to Smartsheet and therefore all of our data and we have chosen Wrike as our new platform. I am looking for a tool that has the capability to simply transfer all of our data files from Smartsheet to Wrike and I am wondering if Zapier could provide what I am looking for? If so, how would this be executed and how much work would be required? Would there be any subscription requirements?

Though Zapier is not natively supported for data migration from Smartsheet to Wrike. There are still some workarounds available like if you were able to export the Smartsheet data as CSV and you can use a tool like Google Sheet and make workflows from there to sync the required data to Smartsheet.

That’s how it would work so basically the data in google sheets then become new data and Zapier is able to fetch that. Be also mindful of Zapier flood production limits so do it in batches see here-https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/14230420160269-Choose-your-Zaps-flood-protection-limit

The amount of work really depends on the amounts of the data to be migrated as well as the complexity of mapping of fields from Smartsheet to Wrike. Hope it helps!
