Timeout connecting to 162.215.249.101:3306 (162.215.249.101:3306). Try opening up any firewalls and ensure your device is listening on port 3306.

You should try reconnecting your MySQL account!

I cannot connect to my database through the IP and this message appears, how could I solve it?
