Tideo Integration w/ Zapier Webhooks implementation

Currently my team is brainstorming a solution for using Tideo chatbot in conjunction with Zapier Webhooks. 

The question:

Can we post data to a custom api using zapier web hooks from the data provided from tideo to zapier integration.

Mind you we don’t have any of these solution implemented yet & are wondering if it is something we can do in regards to posting data to custom api.
