Question

The Zap defaults to Microsoft Outlook email instead of specified email addresses

I want my Zap to send information to specific email addresses every time, but when I manually input my email addresses, it keeps defaulting to send to my Microsoft login email. Could you help me resolve this issue?

Hi @Jessyca 

Try using a different email app such as Gmail or Outlook.
