The timestamp is not accurate.

I integrated podio and google sheets through Zapier. I wanted to have timestamp on the google sheets once there is a new form submitted on podio. However, the timestamp shown is in GMT, but my actual timezone is actually GMT +8. I have already changed all the timezone to GMT +8 in the settings (Podio, Google Sheets, Zapier), but the timestamp still showed up as GMT timezone.

 

May I know how do I solve this? Thank you.

Hi @abcsong :)

If you’re not able to get the right timestamp by changing settings in Podio and Google Sheets, you could add a Formatter step that can modify that for you. More info can be found here: https://zapier.com/help/create/format/modify-date-formats-in-zaps

You’re able to change the timezone, among several other things. Would you mind taking a look at that to see if it solves your problem?
