I am trying to post an instagram photo to my facebook page and I am getting this error. How do I correct this? thnak you
“Your photos couldn't be uploaded. Photos should be less than 4 MB and saved as JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, HEIF or WebP files.”
Answer
The page photo could not be sent to Facebook Pages.

Please make sure you’re using this field from your Instagram step:
It’s not uncommon for users to map different fields there, and then because they’re not images they’ll end up getting an error like yours.
Can you confirm whether you’ve got that particular field chosen?
