Text to Line-item without comma separator

Hi,

 

I am trying to perform text to line-item conversion using data from several google sheet cells. The issue I’m running into is that the text within the cells may have comma’s in them and are being split as new lines. Is there anyway to change how the separator character? Otherwise, has anyone come across a workaround for this issue? 

 

Blank test is below. Any descriptions that contain  commas are split into additional lines when I don’t want that.

 

I saw a previous article from 1 year ago but it doesn’t seem to have any answer other than “you can’t do it”

A Code step can be used to create line items.
