Hello so I was wondering with Microsoft Teams has anyone tied it into Solar Winds Service desk? Maybe have it so if someone does @Support it would create a incident automatically but dont know if this work to well any ideas?

You could likely do something with the following

Trigger: New Channel Mention
Action: Create Incident

You could also try… 
Trigger: New Channel Message
Action: Create Incident 
where when someone posts in a specific channel an incident is created. Or you could put a filter between trigger & action to only continue if the message contains @Support
