I am using woith pleasure Tawk.to zap for chat messages.
However, “offline messages"é do not seem to be processed. 
There should be another trigger I guess for that?
Any idea?

We only have few triggers for Tawk.to and Troy’s recommendation is the only trigger that happens when a chat is sent by visitors. You can contact Zapier support by this link: https://zapier.com/app/get-help to request for this feature to be added in the future for Tawk.to.

So there is currently no solution to the ‘offline message’ and pushing that information into Salesforce
