Syncing Google Sheets tasks with Motion for project management

I have an existing Google Sheet with tasks and deadlines for a project. I want those tasks to autopopulate into Motion for my team. I’ve tried using Zapier, but it won’t create new tasks in my Motion calendar. I also don’t need to create any new rows/columns, as the spreadsheet is already finished, so that can’t be my trigger. Please help!

To troubleshoot your Zap between Google Sheets and Motion, ensure your setup follows these steps: Use "New Spreadsheet Row" as the trigger in Google Sheets, which works for existing and new rows. Set Motion as the action app with "Create a New task," mapping fields correctly. If issues persist, check that Google Sheets and Motion are appropriately connected to Zapier and verify that data formatting, such as dates, is compatible with Motion.
