Hi,

I have set up the following flow. Where every new response should add a row in MS Excel. And only after that, there is an Action step to put only a few in another Excel file. And everything works while testing. But somehow there are no rows added in Excel. There is no history found in the Zap. And yes, the Zap was turned on 🙂.

I’m already missing 30+ results in Excel now. Any idea what is happening? What can I do?

Hi @Edwin

I'm getting an error telling me I need to upgrade my Survey Monkey plan to an annual subscription.

The "New Response Notification with Answers" trigger will require you to have any Annual paid plan with Survey Monkey.
This includes the Standard Annual, Advantage and Premier plan, which are all annual subscription plans that Survey Monkey offer.
This information can be found here: https://help.surveymonkey.com/articles/en_US/kb/SurveyMonkey-Partner-Integrations-Changes

The only paid plan that doesn't work with Zapier integrations is their Standard Monthly plan, which is their only monthly subscription plan.

Thanks again for your quick reply, we do have a paid yearly plan. And I think otherwise, the test wouldn’t work either right?

@Troy Tessalone Had a quick check to be sure. And I’m sure now :-)

Hi @Edwin

FYI: Zaps only work when turned ON for new data going forward.

@Troy Tessalone They are turned ON :-)

@Edwin

Has there been new entries submitted since the Zap was turned ON?

@Troy Tessalone yes, 40 at least in the meantime

@Edwin

Make sure to check the available help articles: https://zapier.com/apps/surveymonkey/help

Otherwise, might be best to open a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

@Troy Tessalone

Thanks for this answer. Just wanted to give a short update:

The Zapier Support pointed me to the issue that Surveymonkey updated something on their side, that’s why the collector_id was not linked anymore. It’s now working like it should be!

Thanks again.
