Survey Questions onto Application

What’s up everyone!

 

I am taking a boring physical application and turning it into a survey through Typeform; but I also want the answers of the survey to go onto the designated spots of the application for recordkeeping sake. 

Is there a way I can take the answers and insert them onto a physical document? 

Can I scan a document into zapier or some sorts and have the answers go onto the PDF version of It??

 

Anything would be appreciated!

Hi @Kirbyweb , you might want to look into  Webmerge  for creating PDF docs. Or you could check out DOCparser which would allow you to parse PDFs into date you could use in Zapier. Let me know if that is not what you were looking for.
