I am trying to do something similar. I want users to be able to submit a workflow form in slack, and then Zapier to take the output of the form sent to a slack channel, and export to a Google Sheet. Currently instead of exporting sections of the Slack workflow into different columns, Zapier dumps it into a single cell in the Google Sheet..

Alternatively, if you can trigger off of the form submission or receive the data directly from the form into Zapier (many form tools have Zapier integrations) then you have the data from the form submission in a much simpler format that you can output to Google Sheets.
