Hello,

I'm currently looking for an automation solution between Pipedrive, Sales Navigator, and Lusha, and I'd like to know if Zapier could help me create a specific workflow.

Here's my requirement:

Every time I add a new prospect to my CRM (Pipedrive), I would like their LinkedIn URL to be automatically added to the corresponding field in their profile in Pipedrive as well.

I already use :

Pipedrive to manage my leads,
Sales Navigator to identify prospects,
Lusha to retrieve information, including LinkedIn profiles.
The desired process:

When a new lead is created in Pipedrive (trigger),
Zapier needs to search for and retrieve the corresponding LinkedIn URL (via Lusha or Sales Navigator, whichever is possible),
Then update the lead in Pipedrive with this URL.
Could you tell me if Zapier can automate this type of flow? If so, could you explain how to set this up, or if there is a ready-made Zap that I could use?

Yes, Zapier can definitely help automate the workflow you've described between Pipedrive, Sales Navigator, and Lusha. Here’s how you can set it up:

Create a Zap: Start by creating a new Zap in Zapier.

Set Trigger: Choose Pipedrive as the trigger app. Select the trigger event as “New Lead” or “New Deal” depending on how you categorize prospects in Pipedrive. Connect your Pipedrive account and set up the trigger to monitor for new entries.

Action - Find Data: For the action part, you need to integrate either Lusha or LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find the LinkedIn URL. If Lusha is available on Zapier and provides LinkedIn URL retrieval:

Select Lusha as the action app.
Choose an action event like “Find Contact” where you can input details from Pipedrive to search in Lusha.
Connect your Lusha account and map the input fields (like email or name from Pipedrive) to search in Lusha.
If using LinkedIn Sales Navigator:

Currently, direct LinkedIn Sales Navigator integrations might be limited on Zapier, and you might need to use a workaround like webhooks or a custom API integration to pull data.
Update Lead in Pipedrive: Once you have the LinkedIn URL:

Add another action step in Zapier and select Pipedrive again.
Choose an action like “Update Lead/Deal.”
Connect your Pipedrive account again and set it up to update the lead with the LinkedIn URL retrieved from the previous action.
Test and Turn On: After setting up the Zap, test it to ensure that the information flows correctly from Pipedrive to Lusha/Sales Navigator and back to Pipedrive. Once confirmed, turn on the Zap.

Zapier can help automate adding new leads from Pipedrive and retrieving their LinkedIn URLs, though it requires some workarounds. You can trigger the automation when a new lead is created in Pipedrive. However, since Sales Navigator and Lusha don't have direct integrations with Zapier, you may need to use custom API calls to retrieve LinkedIn URLs. Once retrieved, you can update the lead's profile in Pipedrive. If custom API calls are complex, hiring a developer might be necessary. While pre-made Zaps exist, a custom setup may be required.
