We are in the process of building zapier integrations and need to test them. Our zaps need multiple steps to test them. We currently have a Free plan but this does not provide multi step zaps - only paid plans provide multi step zaps. So to successfully test (and therefore have published) our integrations do we have to have a paid plan?

You can manually test each step of a multi-step Zap using a Zapier free plan.
You will be unable to turn a multi-step Zap ON unless you have a Zapier paid plan.
