Hi,

does anyone have experience in creating Google Analytics goals based on HubSpot lead status changes?

What I though about is to create an event with GTM when a lead changes status e.g. from MQL to SQL (they would join a list at the same time and this would be the trigger).

I'm not sure how to implement it though. Or maybe there are some better solutions to this.

I havent done this before but don't think you would need GTM. Set up a goal within Google Analytics itself and then use Lead Status Changed within Hubspot as the trigger and "Update Goal" in Google Analytics as the action.
