SMS messaging app returning error for repeat clients

We currently use for bookings. We have it setup so that any client that books, they are added as a new contact in Textedly. 

The issue we are having is that because we often have repeat clients, we get the error message “The app returned "A subscriber with same phone for same keyword already exists.". Our Zaps are repeatedly being turned off because of this. 

We have been told there is no work around to this, so my question is what SMS apps that integrate with Zapier have the ability to select to only add new subscribers or override so that we will not continue to receive error messages?
