We have only option in namely integration as new employee, we may need terminate employee as well

is there a way to get it done

Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delay! You are correct- at the moment, they only Namely Trigger is “New Employee.” 

There is an open feature request for the “Terminated Employee” Trigger which I can definitely add you to so you will be notified if/when it becomes available!
