Signrequest account is expired and I can't reconned

Hello, I have an error about Signrequest account connection.

The Zap that uses signrequest was active for several months and nothing changed until a week ago it stopped completing its zaps. Nothing changed on our end.

Everytime when I try to connect my Signrequest account, Zapier send the following message "This account is expired. Please reconnect it here."

I deleted the account and re-added it but still the same issue occurs.

Would love to get some help here on how to solve the issue.

I suggest submitting a Zapier Support ticket:
