I have a zap that sends information to slack when a field on a Salesforce case changes.  What I would like to do is show what the previous value was and what the value was updated to in the slack message.

 

For example.  The status of a case is waiting on Internal but the Case owner updates the status to Waiting on customer.  I want my slack message to say….case owner “Joe” change the status from Waiting on Internal to Waiting on Customer.
