Shopify Stock Quantity Update

Hello I have the following problem:

When I try to update the Shopify Stock Quantity the following error pops up:

a bytes-like object is required, not 'str'

I tried nearly everything can you help me?

Found the answer after too many hours:

Deleted my one year old Shopify Integration and reinstalled it. Works fine now.
