Hello,

just wodering if anyone knows how to create a task in Asana when a chargeback is received in Shopify. Exactly what is done with new orders but for chargebacks.

This page may be helpful for you. It’s a list of all the possible triggers and actions between Shopify and Asana. If I were approaching this Zap myself, I may try to lead with the Update to Order Shopify Trigger and utilize a Filter x Zapier Action step (set the condition to Only continue if Chargeback status in updated order or something along those lines), followed by a Create a Task Action step in Asana.
