Setting up Zapier to automate Pipedrive and Docparser integration

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to create a Zapier automation and could use some help.

I want to set it up so that whenever a quote (with a PDF file) is added in Pipedrive, Zapier sends that PDF to Docparser. Then, Docparser should extract important info from the file, and that data should be automatically sent back to update the same deal in Pipedrive.

Any guidance or tips on how to set this up would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @Pedro Pereira

Review the available Zap app triggers/actions for each app:

You will need 2 Zaps.

  • Pipedrive to Docparser
  • Docparser to Pipedrive

@Pedro Pereira great use case! Zapier doesn’t have a trigger for when a file was added but you can get around that by using Webhooks by Zapier and use the “Deal Updated” trigger in Pipedrive.
